St Chris LSP 2012

This year our program with St Chris headed over to the Dales, we stayed at Stack Stead Campsite and converted the place into a mini Glastonbury for them all. The course was 6 nights, 7 days long with a full packed program of adventure and fun for the Year 8’s. Real Adventure provided all the sleeping tents, extra toilets and showers, changing tents, The Big Top, Kit and Instruction.

A great week was had despite the weather, yes it rained! but they all stayed really happy and had a top time.

A selection of Canoeing, Kayaking, Caving, Mountaineering, Abseiling, Rock Climbing, Ghyll Scrambling was enjoyed through the week in 6 activity groups.

A Huge thanks goes out to the 6th form helpers, teachers, and Y8’s for what is on of the best weeks in the school calendar.
