Environmental Education
We offer a range of Environmental Education sessions from Key Stage 1 to A-Level. These can be delivered through a range of formal and informal activities either as a part of a multi day package or a day visit:
- Subject Specific Field Studies e.g. rivers, glaciation, interesting tourism
- Forest Schools & Conservation
- Personal & Social Development
All our Environmental Education courses are curriculum linked, teachers will be provided with a scheme of work, pre course information, and follow up information.
3 Day Package (residential optional)
course overview
Our 3 day course provides an exciting opportunity to engage, enthuse and inspire young people about the natural environment. It brings together a unique blend of activities using elements of adventure, environmental education and practical conservation which will promote and instil a sense of awareness, appreciation and responsibility for the environment whilst supporting the facilitation of young peoples’ personal and social development.
It is an ideal school trip which can provide cross-curricular support and enhancement for learning within Geography, Science, English, PE, Citizentship and PSHE/E and provides real life experiences and examples young people can relate to.
This course can be delivered as a residential or a non-residential experience.

- Day 1 – Personal and social development through problem solving, team building and environmental awareness
- Day 2 – Personal and team challenge in a mountain environment
- Day 3 – Conservation, forest schools and course review
